Tip: make your kids hang out with you while you workout. They see you working hard, it is an example for them, and you can still talk and chat. Maybe they even join in some. Make them! Everyone can at least do the warmup, stretch, a thing or two light in the middle, and the cooldown.

My son reads or plays with his tablet and we goof on the punchlines and stuff in the video. And then you aren’t ‘neglecting’ the family.

He likes a lot of the P90X jokes. I still do too after over 3 years.
