Can I understand all the ingredients?

Is it naturally colorful?

-fruits, veggies, etc. with some color in them.

Is it a healthy fat/sugar/protein/carb?

Examples: Olive oil, whole grains, lean chicken, eggs, etc.

If it’s processed, is it ‘low processed’ like dried/powdered and/or pressed?

Fried or baked?

-Sauteed in a small amount of healthy oil like olive is OK.

Are there unnecessary fats/sugars?

In general on your plate there should be lots of colors, the proper ratio of fats, carbs, and proteins in the best versions of those you can get, and don’t eat too many calories.
