Here’s my eating diary for the past few months.

Caloriewise it’s been fine, I think I actually need a few more.

Certainly it’s got it’s share of junk. The point I’m going to make is it is not perfect, never will be, but I’m working on it. I don’t log the occasional diet soda for example. (Yes, I have vices! Don’t judge me!)

On the average, I eat OK better than most, so I get above average body results.

Hopefully it will give you some do and not to do ideas.
