Experiment that worked! I made some healthy ‘ice cream’.

These are guesses but here’s about what I put:

2 cups Blue Diamond coconut almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla flavor
1/2 cup pasteurized egg white
1.5 tbsp vanilla whey powder
3 tbsp Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder
1.5 tbsp stevia
3 tbsp Ideal sweetener

It will be icey because it’s low fat but the flavor is good and it’s pretty darn healthy.

I might try some PB2 in it! Mmm, chocolate peanut butter. High protein too! ‘Course, the vanilla is good too. I just like chocolate but it was very good before I added that.
