1 Package Cubed Tuna in Balsamic Vinaigrette (or other marinated fish or meat. Buy or make)

1 cup Broccoli Slaw (premade, HEB has it. But any variety of shredded veggies will do.)

1 Low carb or healthy wrap or tortilla

Optional: sauteed bell pepper, salsa, quinoa, couscous, etc.

I did not marinate it, but my follow on idea is this: put the tuna and juice and Slaw all together, shake it up, mash it down so it sits in the juices to marinate overnight. Next day, stuff it in the wrap and eat. You could also do this with Bumblebee Tuna Teriyaki Salmon or another pre-made meat or fish if you’re super busy and don’t have time to cook.

(I plan to try that Teriyaki Salmon option!)

Dump it in a container, wait overnight, wrap it, eat. Couldn’t be easier. And it’s all fancy-like.
