I was told by a friend of mine that her personal trainer husband recommended P90X only to clients in the 20 to 30 year old range.

I’m glad I didn’t know him because I started at 38, nearly 39! I did it until I was 42, when I switched to P90X2. The hard ‘pro athlete level’ sequel.

Consulting a physician is in order if you’re super out of shape, or you are concerned, but there is no reason you can’t try it and modify it as shown in the videos. There’s also a little thing called the pause button. Or maybe you only do half. And do less reps. Build up over time.

Call, email, or text me and let me calm your fears and concerns.

Don’t let other people limit you like the personal trainer I mentioned.

Only you can know your potential and reach it.

Here’s the proof: me at 29, and me at 42. And yes, the pic of me at age 42 is on the right. Ha Ha. My daughter in the picture will be 15 this year. Look at the link at the top for my progress album if you want to see more pics during the transformation.

Call, email, or text me and let me calm your fears and concerns.
