I have BOTH the 12″ and 31″ versions. 12 for travel, 31 for home.

This is a piece of gear I was happy to pay almost $60 for. I even carry one when I travel.

Use it, and if you have P90X2, do the Recovery and Mobility disc, it’s money in the bank. I cannot tell you how much your body will thank you. It will relieve more muscle and joint pain than you can imagine.

It falls into the ‘Where have you been all my life’ category. It’s that good.
