When you can’t decide one way or the other, your “to-do” list is overfull, and you’re having one of those “death by 1000 papercuts” days, then go work out! It’s always a net gain and it’ll clear your head for making that decision and getting it done. If not, well, then at least you got a workout in and you’ll feel great for it. 🙂 -beachfitrob
