I’ve had it for months but I’ve just gotten more and more use out of it. It is a great short intense workout and can be done alongside strength training, Ab Ripper X2, or you could do it twice: once in the morning, once in the evening. It’s great by itself or mixed in with other stuff. Like almond butter. It’s buttah.

If you asked me today what program I would pick if I could only have one, this would probably be it. It’s that good.
