Healthy Fats: Here’s one and what I do with it

I have started using some organic coconut oil in my eating. So far, I use it to cook egg white and 1 whole egg omelets, and I tried some in the Chocolate flavor of Shakeology (see more on THAT glass of blue skies and green grass at beachfitrobshake.com)
Today I made this recipe with some.
Dr. Oz has a nice article here about some of the benefits.
Note: it’s a healthy fat that does a lot of good things but it’s also 120 calories per tablespoon, so we want it as a supplement, and not a major component in our daily diet. 🙂
So enjoy that omelet with crispy edges courtesy of coconut oil. It also made the Shakeology ULTRA SMOOTH.
