Another in my series of coconut oil recipes.

1 Tbsp PB2

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Carob Powder (or better, the chocolate flavor from if you can handle the chocolate rush)

1 tsp stevia (I use Truvia)

You’re taking a tbsp a day of coconut for the health benefits, right? Here’s a way to get your chocolate and peanut butter fix without the chocolate and less healthy peanut oil.

Carob is like methadone for a chocolate addict. 🙂

Microwave the coconut oil til it’s liquid. Stir in the other ingredients and eat, or use like magic shell. It’s solid below 76 degrees F. Add more carob and or PB2 to taste. More would make an awesome ganache!
