Here’s a though regarding treats: eat enough to experience them and get some enjoyment, but don’t eat to fill yourself up.

Yesterday I brought home a fairly large cinnamon roll with a cheesecake icing about an inch thick on top. We cut it into 4 pieces and everyone got a treat. We all got about 6 bites because it was big.

Make your treats into little experiences but don’t make them meals or snacks. You can still enjoy and have fun without overdoing it. 🙂 Share with friends or family. It’s cheaper too! 4 people get to enjoy that one $4 handmade cinnamon roll.

Holidays are coming and we know what that means: too much of the wrong stuff. Change how you look at it.
