My friend Robbin R. shared this video of back pain exercises on her page for someone else, but I caught it and it’s really helped me a lot. Of course I’d been doing Yoga on and off but my sciatic nerve had really been bothering me. 6+ months of weights and weight gain (the good kind) kind of caught up with me. I know all these moves, but it’s a nice little video for use as a solution to a specific issue. Good stuff.
