Honey Mustard Recipe: Good and Good for You

I made this last night.
I stole it from the Muscle & Fitness May 2015 issue. 🙂
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp raw honey (local might help your allergies)
1 tbsp lemon juice
I modified by adding a little honey and a little Sin Free Sugar. A dash of Paprika will give it a little extra looks and flavor. Total is 12g protein, 8g carbs.
You could also add some water if you want it as a dressing. Use less mustard if you want it sweeter. I might try it with some lime juice too.
Tony Mosley likes to cook a bit. I have some in the fridge right now. I’m thinking almond crusted chicken fingers maybe.
