I think I’ve related it elsewhere but my simple rules are: fruits, veggies, lots of color, whole grains, healthy proteins. Cut the fat and sugar. Don’t overeat. That’s about it. Long story short. 🙂

PB2, a whole fruit/juice sweetened jelly, and kamut bread. PB 2 is 44 calories a serving, the jelly isn’t bad as long as you don’t use a ton, and kamut is a dense high protein bread. And, no crust!
